伝統工芸士

　カネ弘打刃物で12年の修行の後、平成26年4月に黒﨑打刃物創設し、翌年の7月に産地としては約40年振りの新規の工房をタケフナイフビレッジ協同組合前に構えました。
　伝統の技術や切れ味に加え、手打ち感のある鎚目や墨流しなどの和のテイストを強く打ち出しながら、実用性の高い包丁やハンティングナイフは海外からの注文が8割を占めています。先人が残してきた技術を伝えながら、越前打刃物を世界のブランドを目指しています。

Profile :
Birth on 11, Sep., 1979 at Sabae City, Fukui Prefecture, Japan
Mainly makes Japanese taste knives as Hammered finish and Damascus finish with traditional craft and sharpness. Over 80% knives are shipping to overseas and aims Echizen blacksmith to be world brand. Mr. Shouta Arisaka as cooking expert also loves using his knives.
